We are looking for a Senior UX/UI product designer (f/m/d) to support our development.

What your day will look like

You will help define how the construction industry collaborates digitally by crafting thoughtful, functional, and visually appealing user experiences. You are an integral part of our efforts in shaping the future of product development and innovation through user-centered design.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you are expected to:

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and customers to deeply understand product requirements and user needs.
  • Design intuitive, efficient, and accessible user interfaces for our platforms, creating prototypes ranging from low to high fidelity.
  • Actively participate in a cross-functional design team, sharing knowledge, refining workflows, and supporting each other.
  • Contribute to and help evolve the Thinkproject-wide Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
  • Validate and improve user experiences using appropriate research and testing methods.
  • Advocate for UX best practices across departments and actively shape the internal design culture.
  • Present your designs and thought processes clearly to stakeholders for alignment and feedback.
  • Support accessibility standards and strive to create inclusive digital experiences.
     

What you need to fulfill the role

Product Design Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles.
  • Experience designing and delivering desktop and mobile applications (both native and cross-platform).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills, UX thinking, and tangible product outcomes.

Tools & Methods

  • Proficient with Figma for interface design and prototyping.
  • Comfortable working with user research tools and wireframing tools.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and B2B software environments.
  • Knowledge of and experience maintaining complex Design Systems (especially Google Material Design).
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (AA standard compliance).

  • Skilled at managing design deliverables within an agile team and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable participating in Scrum teams and Design Sprints.
  • Reliable when working under deadlines and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Take initiative in driving design improvements.
  • Share knowledge and design thinking within the team and the wider organization.
  • Support other designers.
  • Continue developing your skills and take steps to expand your impact within the company.
