What your day will look like

Mission

The Services Salesforce Administrator / Developer (f/m/d) is responsible for the administration, configuration,and continuous enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud within the Services Department.

The role ensures scalable, efficient, and high-quality service processes by translating business requirements into stable and well-structured Salesforce solutions.

The position acts as a key interface between Services, Sales, IT, and other business units, ensuring alignment between service processes, system capabilities, and governance standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Ownership – Acts as system administrator and functional developer for Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Platform Configuration – Drives ongoing configuration, customisation, and enhancement of Service Cloud capabilities.
  • Service Cloud Optimisation – Configures and optimises core components including Case Management, Omni-Channel routing, Service Cloud Voice, Customer and Partner Portals, and AI-supported features.
  • Solution Delivery – Designs, configures, tests, and documents Salesforce solutions such as Flows, automations, permissions, and data model changes.
  • Services Enablement – Serves as the primary Salesforce contact for Services teams, providing expert support and guidance.
  • Cross-System Coordination – Collaborates with IT and other departments on integrations,interfaces, and system dependencies.
  • Process Excellence – Supports the definition, standardisation, and optimisation of service processes within Salesforce.
  • Governance & Compliance – Ensures adherence to defined processes, governance frameworks, and system standards.
  • Scalability & Automation – Actively improves service scalability through automation and system optimisation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partners with internal teams on process and system improvement initiatives.
  • Strategic Alignment – Works closely with the responsible Director on roadmap planning, system changes, and strategic enhancements.

What you need to fulfill the role

Technical Experience

Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud administration. Salesforce certifications are an advantage:

  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
  • Experience Cloud Consultant
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and automation (Flows, reports, dashboards, permissions)
  • Understanding of service processes in a support or services environment
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, Service Cloud Voice, or AI features is an advantage
