We are investing in technology, people and processes to both enhance our existing product portfolio as well as create a new platform for the future. To help drive this we are looking for a Software Engineer (m/f/d) to work in a newly formed team using the latest technologies.


  • Work collaboratively to define and develop new and existing software features within the tpDiscovery platform
  • Investigate and implement a ‘low-code‘ approach using Azure components where applicable
  • Carry out technical analysis and investigation, including evaluating and selecting technical options
  • To design, develop and ensure consistent use of shared services and components for use throughout the tpDiscovery solution
  • Coordinate with Business System Analysts and Product Owners to identify technical solutions and conditions of satisfaction
  • Ensuring best practice is adhered to within the development team
  • Train and mentor the development team on all aspects of software design and development
  • Write well-designed, testable code
  • Work collaboratively to define and evolve software development processes within the AGILE methodology


  • Demonstrable experience in software development using languages such as .net Core, Python, React, Node.js, SQL
  • Strong desire to push the boundaries of technology solutions with experimentation and technology ecosystem engagement 
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Public cloud experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Good understanding of Container Lifecycle management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good leadership and motivational skills
