What your day will look like
The Solution Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and project success by supporting clients in their digitalization journey for construction projects. They contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions that meet customer requirements and drive efficiency and productivity.
Main responsibilities:
- Consultation, Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Meet with our clients to understand their requirements and document these.
- Application configuration: Configure the SAAS Solution (modules, settings, etc.) to ensure it aligns with customer requirements.
Implementation of solutions: Responsible for the full implementation cycle, from Kick Off to Handover to Support - Data Configuration & System Parameterisation: Edit the product to meet customer specifications via SQL Server Updates and JSON Scripting
- Testing and quality assurance: Test the customized solutions from a user’s perspective and document the testing procedures to ensure thorough quality assurance.
Issue tracking and solution improvement: Track, document, and manage customer issues, work with development teams to find quick solutions, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the solution’s quality. - 3rd Level support: Point of contact for 3rd level support escalations
- Technical documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation that supports the project and ensures a clear record of processes and decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organization, including (pre) sales, Technical Consultants, and product teams, to provide technical expertise and ensure seamless project delivery.
What you need to fulfill the role
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Consultancy skills
- SQL and JSON skills
- Experience in the Implementation of SAAS Solutions
- Fluent English Language skills are mandatory
- Aptitude and ability to understand and configure software solutions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to document procedures accurately.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the field of solution implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with construction industry processes and terminology is a plus.
