Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public. 
Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. What your day will look like

  • First point of contact for the customers to help troubleshooting, answering questions and help resolve technical issues
  • Become knowledgeable in the application and operation of Thinkproject products
  • Provide personalized support to Thinkprojects users by telephone, support ticket and any other means
  • Identify and remedy queries quickly and accurately
  • Collaborate with agile development teams to assist in the investigation and resolution of reported system defects
  • Develop and maintain help and support materials (wiki, help guides, etc.)

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Previous experience in a support role is a plus
  • Strong understanding of web-based technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborative
