As an important part of our HR team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d). Become part of our dynamic team! In close cooperation with our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will recruit the best talents for various areas in our company.

Engage, empower & learn | Your tasks

  • You are jointly responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for our thinkproject locations in Europe: You create requirement profiles in coordination with the specialist department, take over the active sourcing and find out whether the candidate (m/f/d) fits our company (cultural fit).
  • You ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process by constantly informing candidates about the current status of the process and acting as a reliable contact person in case of questions.
  • You work closely with the specialist departments and train our hiring managers in the recruiting process, interviewing and decision-making.
  • Beyond the direct approach, you will develop long-term recruiting channels and ensure that we take the right measures in HR marketing (e.g. University fairs).

Open-minded, committed & versatile | Your profile

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of recruiting/talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic tech start-up or medium-sized company
  • Proven success in the direct approach / active sourcing of candidates (m/f/d) for various positions in an international environment
  • Relevant professional experience in the use of applicant management systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
  • Digital mind-set and enthusiasm for social media, technologies and trends
  • You enjoy teamwork and like to bring in new ideas
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills, further language skills are an advantage
