Join us as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) mostly focused on Sales recruitment.
We are looking for an experienced and driven recruiter to join our dynamic People & Culture team. Working hand in hand with our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talents across the company — with a strong focus on Sales recruitment.

What your day will look like
- Full-cycle recruitment
From the initial briefing with the Hiring Manager to the moment the offer is made, you own the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles.
Your playground spans from New Zealand to France, covering Germany, the UK, and Romania. You lead active sourcing efforts, assess candidates, and guide Hiring Managers through every stage of the process.
- Building for the long term
Beyond immediate hiring needs, you develop long-term talent pipelines and strengthen our employer branding through initiatives such as university fairs and strategic HR marketing actions.
- Creating an exceptional candidate experience
You ensure every candidate enjoys a transparent, engaging, and respectful recruitment journey. You keep them informed at every step and act as their go-to person throughout the process.
- A true business partner
You collaborate closely with key stakeholders: CRO, Presales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and more, providing regular updates and insights to ensure alignment and success in your recruiting efforts.
What you need to fulfill the role

At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced tech start-up or mid-sized company.

Proven track record in direct sourcing and building candidate pipelines across international markets.

Solid experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruiting tools.

A strong sales mindset – you know how to hunt, engage, and nurture top talent as if they were your clients!

A digital-first approach and enthusiasm for communicating on social media about new technologies and recruiting trends.

You are a team player who enjoys collaboration and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Excellent written and spoken English; French is a strong plus!

You are structured and organized and know how to handle multiple processes on the same time.
