We are looking for a talent able to manage the Team of Account Executived dedicated to Large Accounts : a Team Lead Enterprise (m/f/d)
What your day will look like
You will unlock the region’s full potential by executing the Sales strategy and actively shaping future business plans. For this, you will:
- Establish and develop relationships with strategic clients in the Enterprise segment
- Be responsible for turnover and results of the assigned region by meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Manage the team in achieving their results
- Integrate acquired companies in the assigned market
- Cooperate closely and coordinate with international markets
- Introduce and optimize sales processes and structures
- Be responsible for budget, forecast and sales according to defined KPIs of the assigned region
- Support the CRO and Sales Operations to develop concepts for long-term market development and market acquisition
- Cooperate closely with Marketing, Delivery and Product Management
- Represent the company in the construction and real estate industry of the assigned region and establish the company as a contact for decision-makers
- Be part of the recruitment process of your future team members
What you need to fulfill the role
You are ready to come in our German offices
- At least 8 years of team management in Sales in SAAS technology and/or construction industry
- A proven track of networking and understanding the Enterprise (large accounts) market
- A proven track of Sales team management, knowing KPIs, objectives and how to monitor them
- A good understanding of the IT solution developped by Thinkproject
- A value selling mindset with a consultative approach
- A mastery in complex technical Sales
- A will to share and implement best practices for Sales
