We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to manage Spain and LatAm area. You will be based in MAdrid
What your day will look like
Business Development
- Define and execute commercial strategies across Spain, Portugal, and Latin America.
- Engage with key decision-makers throughout the asset lifecycle: architects, contractors, developers, owners, operators, and FM teams.
- Drive full-cycle sales: qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and activate high-value partnerships (consultants, resellers, AEC/BIM ecosystem players).
- Track and optimize commercial KPIs: sales pipeline, win rates, revenue forecasts.
Team Management & Leadership
- Recruit, structure, and lead the regional sales and customer success teams.
- Develop a performance culture: set goals, coach talent, lead by example.
- Mentor junior and senior team members through hands-on leadership and empowerment.
- Build career progression paths and manage talent retention strategies.
- Implement a feedback-driven, collaborative management style aligned with company values.
- Champion diversity, ownership, and continuous learning within the team.
Strategic Collaboration & Internal Partnerships
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive leadership.
- Provide structured feedback from the field to drive product improvements and roadmap priorities.
- Help shape regional strategy and positioning of ThinkProject in Iberia & LATAM.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Strong people manager with proven team-building experience.
- Inspirational leadership with ability to coach, delegate, and motivate.
- Commercial acumen in B2B software, ideally in Construction Tech, SaaS, BIM, or digital infrastructure.
- Understanding of the full asset lifecycle from design to operation.
- Experience setting up sales and customer success operations from scratch.
- Hands-on approach and adaptability in high-growth environments.
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or architecture.
- 7–10 years in commercial roles, with 2–3 years in team management or regional leadership.
- Familiarity with the construction or real estate industry in Iberia and/or LATAM.
Languages
- Spanish: native or fluent
- English: fluent (for international coordination)
- Portuguese: a plus, especially for Brazil
