To support thinkproject’s continued growth in the UK, thinkproject UK is looking to hire some additional resource to support the implementation of our BIM and CDE solutions within our client’s businesses.
As such we are seeking to add at least one Technical Account Manager, perhaps two, to support and deliver these exciting programmes.
We are looking for people with experience in the delivery phase of BIM and/or CDE implementations.


  • Taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and project success
  • Analysis and synchronisation of customer requirements
  • Assume responsibility for the mobilisation phase with a client to ensure that our clients get the maximum value from their investment. 
  • Plan and deliver training (classroom and online)
  • Adapting/developing training contents
  • Design and deliver a programme and report on progress
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the BIM and/or CDE solutions of thinkproject
  • Initiate and drive product development
  • Validate product strategy
  • Creating technical documentation
  • Provision of usage data and KPIs basis
  • Support for the training of new recruits
  • Customer events (e.g. customer feedback rounds, administrator workshops, round tables)
  • Support of the sales organisation during presales and at customer events
  • Support RfP's / RFI's


  • Practical experience in the digitisation of the architecture, engineering, building and construction sector (AECO)
  • Background related to construction/infrastructure/property/estate management would be advantageous
  • High IT/software affinity.
  • Proven experience in conducting training and/or implementation programmes, including training programmes and materials for construction
  • Practical experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk Suite BIM authoring tools,
  • Practical experience with BIM management tools for data validation, data conditioning, 4D and 5D BIM
  • Practical experience with electronic document management systems / Common Data Environment software. Understanding of the basis of tpCDE and its application in practice
