What your day will look like
Mission
Ensure Thinkproject’s SaaS platforms meet regulatory, contractual, and audit requirements. Act as the bridge between technical teams, auditors, customers, and commercial functions to provide assurance, support tenders, and drive the evolution of our products to align with compliance requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead audit activities on behalf of the technical team. This includes preparation, coordination, and response for internal and external audits (e.g. ISO, C5, customer audits), ensuring timely and accurate delivery of evidence and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and product teams to ensure controls are effectively implemented, documented, and maintained. Create and maintain documentation for audit evidence, control frameworks, and customer assurance materials. Identify gaps in compliance, audit findings, or customer requirements and drive remediation actions across teams.
- Act as a central point of contact for technical tender and compliance-related queries from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Support tender and pre-sales processes by articulating Thinkproject’s technical architecture, security posture, and compliance capabilities to customers, procurement teams, and auditors.
- Translate complex technical concepts related to SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and service delivery into clear, customer-facing responses and documentation.
What you need to fulfill the role
Experience
- Proven experience in technical compliance, audit, or assurance roles within SaaS, cloud, or software delivery environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting audits such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with customer tenders, security questionnaires, and due diligence processes.
Functional Expertise
- Understanding of cloud platforms and SaaS delivery models (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of security, compliance, and risk management principles in SaaS environments.
- Ability to translate technical architecture and controls into clear, non-technical language for customers and auditors.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
