What your day will look like
Mission
As a Technical Consultant (f/m/d) with a focus on Asset Management, you will support our customers in implementing and optimising our SaaS solution to manage the complete lifecycle of physical assets. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure system functionalities, integrate relevant data sources, and ensure the successful adoption of asset management best practices. By combining technical expertise with business understanding, you will help customers improve asset performance, increase operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and maximise the value of their asset portfolios throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Satisfaction: Manage a defined customer base, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement: Conduct national and international meetings, clearly communicating technical concepts and solutions.
Project Development & Support: Collaborate with customers to define platform requirements and provide technical consulting to resolve complex problems.
Solution Configuration & Delivery: Work with Solution Specialists to configure software solutions, estimate project efforts, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Long-term Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships to support ongoing business growth.
Project Management: Lead and manage customer projects using project management best practices, driving successful outcomes.
Technical Implementation & Deployment: Support software deployment, ensuring seamless integration with customer environments, including data migration and system configurations.
Training & Enablement: Conduct customer training sessions to ensure end-users can effectively utilise the platform and adopt best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align solutions with customer needs and business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements, best practice documentation, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Fluent English Language skills are mandatory
- Previous experience in a solution specialist role in construction industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of web-based technologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaborative
- In depth programming skills
- Willingness to travel
