Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.
Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. What your day will look like
- Take ownership of a defined customer base, managing their technical inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations at national and international levels, effectively communicating complex technical concepts.
- Develop platform and project concepts, detailing and visualizing functional requirements for various technologies and agreements.
- Provide technical support and consulting services to customers, resolving complex problems and coordinating their requirements.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships based on trust and collaboration, contributing to customer development.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists to configure software solutions and estimate efforts for realizing customer requirements.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer contracts and their implications for daily work, ensuring compliance and effective service delivery.
- Support the Sales team in the offer/tender phase, contributing technical expertise and assisting in proposal development.
- Ensure quality assurance in project deliverables and customer interactions, striving for excellence in all aspects of service delivery.
- Stay updated with product advancements and actively participate in their further development.
- Lead and manage customer projects/programs, applying project management methodologies and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategies for client growth, identifying and capitalizing on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Strong background and expertise in the relevant technical domain.
- Proven experience in technical consulting or related roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- German C2 level fluency is mandate.
