- Create and maintain documentation across several Thinkproject products: API docs, product guides, tutorials, and release notes.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to turn technical knowledge into user-friendly content.
- Design and evolve a docs-as-code workflow, integrating documentation with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and product release cycles.
- Use AI-assisted authoring tools to streamline updates, improve accuracy, and enhance the user experience.
- Establish documentation standards, templates, and style guides that reflect Thinkproject’s brand and tone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make documentation an integral part of the product journey.
- Gather feedback and analytics to improve content discoverability and usability.
