thinkproject is looking to hire an experienced Test Analyst/Test Manager who can take ownership and proactively drive all aspects of testing.

ENGAGE, EMPOWER & LEARN | YOUR TASKS

  • Planning, designing, developing test cases as well as taking ownership and responsibility of the test execution
  • Developing and maintaining testing strategies, including manual and automation testing
  • Plan and coordinate the overall Integration Testing of the Application including interfaces to other systems
  • Ensuring proper test documentation according to the project and program needs (e.g. Test Plan / Test Concept, Test Cases, Test Completion Report)
  • Detecting problems/issues as early as possible in development and testing life cycle
  • Analyse the requirements to identify the testable requirements (Prepare Test Scenarios/Cases)
  • Coaching developers in testing and continuous improvement towards quality
  • Work with your Scrum-Team and Business Analysts to establish high reliability and failure safety of our software
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development to set out development steps, technical specifications and test scenarios in detail

OPEN-MINDED, COMMITTED & VERSATILE | YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Test Analyst / Test Manager
  • Very good understanding of web technologies
  • Experience in agile software development
  • Experience in the use of ticket systems and test management applications
  • Scripting experience in Python, Perl, JavaScript or shell
  • Working knowledge of Stakeholder analysis and relationship management
  • Strong sense of quality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident, professional and personable manner
  • Organized and self-motivated
