Thinkproject is a leading software company that provides a Built Asset Lifecycle Platform for the architecture, engineering, construction, and owner-operated (AECO) industry.

Our SaaS platform empowers collaboration, document management, project management, and data integration to help organisations make smarter decisions across the entire lifecycle of built assets, from planning and construction to operation and decommissioning.

With headquarters in Munich, we operate in 11 countries and 15 offices worldwide. As part of our expansion, we are building a new in-house creative team and are now seeking an experienced Web Designer to join us in Bucharest.

What your day will look like

The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with proven expertise in UI/UX, digital branding, and web asset creation. You will play a central role in shaping Thinkproject’s online presence, ensuring our website, landing pages, social and digital platforms are engaging, user-friendly, and on-brand.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creative flair with technical knowledge of modern web design principles, responsive layouts, and UX best practices. You’ll work closely with our Brand & Creative Director, marketing, and digital teams to deliver innovative design solutions that elevate our digital footprint.

 

Core Responsibilities

· Web & UI Design: Design visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web pages, microsites, and digital assets.

· Brand Consistency: Ensure that all digital designs align with Thinkproject’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

· User Experience (UX): Apply UX principles to improve usability, accessibility, and overall website performance.

· Collaboration: Work with marketing, communications, and product teams to translate business goals into intuitive and effective web experiences.

· Creative Strategy: Contribute ideas to digital campaigns, helping shape creative direction for web-based initiatives.

· Asset Creation: Design supporting digital materials including banners, email templates, and interactive graphics aligned to brand guidelines.

· Innovation: Explore and implement new web design trends and tools, including AI-assisted design solutions.

· Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

What you need to fulfill the role

About You

You’re a digitally focused designer who enjoys solving problems creatively and turning ideas into impactful online experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

· Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).

· Proven experience as a Web Designer/UI Designer, ideally in an agency or in-house creative environment.

· Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design, UI/UX projects, and digital campaigns.

· Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

· Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles (bonus).

· Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and marketing tools.

· Understanding of SEO best practices and accessibility standards.

· Fluent in English (written and spoken).

· Excellent grasp of layout, typography, and digital design principles.

· Strong knowledge of user-centered design and responsive frameworks.

· Ability to design with both creative flair and commercial awareness.

· Clear communicator, able to present ideas confidently to stakeholders.
