What your day will look like
Demand Generation Ownership
- Own the corporate website end-to-end as a strategic growth and demand generation channel.
- Define and manage the website roadmap, aligning structure, UX, and priorities with business and revenue objectives.
- Translate marketing and stakeholder requirements into clear technical execution plans and development backlogs.
- Manage the external web agency, including prioritization, sprint planning, ticket writing, and delivery oversight.
- Build, manage, and optimize webpages directly within the CMS, ensuring consistency, scalability, and conversion focus.
- Lead website-related initiatives including structural improvements, feature enhancements, and platform updates.
- Oversee website performance, conversion optimization, and user journey effectiveness across key page types.
- Own tracking integrity and analytics validation (GA4, GTM),ensuring accurate measurement of website impact.
- Lead or coordinate CMS migrations and major website transitions, safeguarding SEO equity and tracking continuity.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance, governance, and operational standards to ensure long-term website scalability and stability.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing websites in B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Proven experience owning a corporate website end-to-end with clear performance accountability
- Extensive experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, as well as other enterprise or modern CMS platforms)
- Strong hands-on capability in creating, managing, and optimizing webpages, including layout structuring and template governance
- Demonstrated experience managing external web development agencies, including backlog ownership, prioritization, structured ticket writing, and UAT
- Solid working knowledge of website analytics and tracking frameworks (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4), with the ability to independently validate implementations and identify inconsistencies post-release
- Practical understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices for technical and on-page optimization
- Experience supporting or coordinating CMS migrations or significant website platform transitions
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable optimization initiatives
- Highly independent, self-sufficient, and comfortable owning a critical marketing channel in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
