Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

What your day will look like
This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles, as well as the ability to leverage various technologies to create effective and interactive e-learning content.
The e-Learning Expert will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to ensure that the learning materials meet the educational goals and standards of our organisation.

- Gather information from internal departments and SMEs (subject matter experts) to understand and design training programmes and courses.
- Develop and design course materials for Thinkproject SaaS solutions using our Academy design standards, processes, and methodology.
- Create assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
- Revise and update course content as needed.
- Maintain our LMS (eFront) and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our delivery strategies and to support a sustainable learning environment.
- Conduct small international e-learning projects in terms of conception and consulting, while managing timelines and deliverables.
- Support the further digitalisation and optimisation of processes.
- Communicate with and support employees, customers, and partners in the use of the Thinkproject Academy with the goal to constantly improve our offering.
- Conduct LMS administrator onboarding and support for customers.
- Administrate and maintain the LMS in terms of accounts, materials, information, forum, and updates.
What you need to fulfill the role
- 5+ years in adult education, instructional design, or related field
- Experience in using Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools
- Proficiency in using multimedia tools and software for image, audio, and video editing
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Strong attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
- German or French language is a plus, but not a must
- Ability to solve technical problems independently or as a team
- A good team spirit and positive attitude
