We are looking for a Manager / Lead Doc Controller to lead a 10 persons team in our French office

What your day will look like

Operational responsabilities:
- Document control and monitoring
- Implementation of the document management system (Process, circuits, etc.)
- Distribution of documentation on the various project and client EDMs
- Training users and administrators in the use of the project EDM
- Alerts and reminders on the delivery of deliverables
- Drafting of procedures and tutorials
- Implementation and production of client reports
- EDM administration (Multi-platform)
- Customer relations: interface, advice, etc.

Management role:
- Supervision and management of a team of 10 persons
- Management of the organization: planning, leave, etc.
- Training and transmission of projects
- Meeting with sales representatives to qualify future missions

Who you are

To be succesful in this position, you are/have :

- A real experience of Doc controlling, at least 5 years
- A real experience in Managing a team, you know the role and you like it :)
- A knowledge of different EDM tools
- Best practice to share and implement for the Doc controlling team
- Speak French and English, fluently
- Communicate well and report clearly about challenges and expectations
- An experience in the construction/infrastructure industry is a plus

You will report to the Doc Controlling Director
