Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). What your day will look like
- Analyze, Document, and Optimize Existing Processes: Review current processes within Services Operations, document their workflows, and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify Improvement Opportunities: Spot areas with potential for optimization and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with teams such as IT, Customer Support, and Product Management to refine and improve interdisciplinary processes.
- Conduct Process Analyses: Perform in-depth process evaluations and gather relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support Process Implementation and Enablement: Assist in the introduction and rollout of new processes, including enablement of employees
- Participate in Digitalization and Automation Projects: Contribute to initiatives focused on the digital transformation and automation of service processes.
- Prepare and Present Reports: Compile process reports and recommendations, presenting them to management and team members to drive decision-making.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Language Skills: Fluent English language is mandatory
- Educational Background: A completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in Process Optimization: Initial experience in process analysis and optimization, ideally in the SaaS or services sector (entry-level candidates are also welcome).
- Proficiency in Analytical Tools: Confident use of analysis tools and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Analytical and Independent Work Style: A structured, self-reliant working style combined with strong analytical thinking.
- Teamwork and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate and optimize processes across departments.
