For the DACH market, we are looking for an Account Executive Enterprise (m/f/d) who will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and bring expertise to a rapidly growing construction industry.

What your day will look like
Your Mission
- Own and achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory, focusing on an existing client portfolio.
- Manage the full Sales cycle — from client outreach to deal closing.
- Collaborate closely with the Presales team to understand client requirements and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.
- Proactively nurture and grow long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Partner with the Marketing team to support outbound campaigns and other lead generation initiatives.
What You Bring
- You're outgoing, results-driven, and full of energy — with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to exceed targets.
- You are also there to care the client and farm the account
- You are a persuasive communicator with excellent Sales, networking, and negotiation skills.
- You demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude, thrive in autonomy, and are eager to step outside your comfort zone.
- You are customer-focused, highly responsive, and solution-oriented — always following up and keeping clients engaged.
- Willingness to travel is needed.
- Fluency in German (daily working language) and proficiency in English (internal collaboration and growth) — both languages are required.
- A background in construction is a plus, but not essential.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in SaaS Sales.
- You managed large accounts approach by farming and nurturring your accounts

- Final interview with the Head of Sales
